400 Meter Run 1 lap around the track. Photo finish timed. Video
Football Throw Each competitor throws 3x and the longest throw is scored. Video
40 Yard Dash 2 tries. Hand timed. Fastest of 2 tries is scored. Video
Dips Maximum amount of reps. 90 degree angle and full extension required. Video
500 Meter Row 500M row for time on Concept C2 rower. Any damper setting may be used. Video
Vertical Jump 2 tries per competitor with highest jump measured. One foot must be planted at all times. Video
20 Yard Shuttle Run Agility drill requiring competitor to run 5 yards in one direction, touch a line, 10 yards in opposite direction, touch line and run 5 yards back past starting line. Hand timed, 2 tries, fastest time scored. Video
Bench Press Men 175 lbs | Women 75 lbs – Max amount of reps. Video
800 Meter Run 2 laps around the track. Photo finish timed.  Video
Pull Ups Maximum amount of reps. Full extension at the bottom. Chin over bar at the top. Palms face away. No kipping. Video
